Accreditation

Dear media representatives!

Media representatives can apply for accreditation to XXIX International tennis tournament VTB Kremlin Cup from September 16 to October 8, 2018.

To apply for accreditation media representatives should fill in the appropriate application forms and send them to the specified e-mail address.

To following quotas for accreditations are established:

• each printing edition , online edition or news agency can get accreditation for not more than 5 correspondents;
• each radio broadcasting company ― can get accreditation for not more than 3 correspondents.

ATTENTION: to get accreditation fill in all the fields in the Form, attach a scanned copy of the Company letter (pdf) and photos (preferably 300 dpi, jpg, 4*6 cm), as well as publications of the current year, dedicated to Davis Cup or Fed Cup Ties, ATP and WTA Tournaments.

§ All materials should be submitted not later than October 8, 2018 to the following e-mail address: media@russport.ru

§ Applications submitted after the deadline and applications from the representatives of advertising agencies will not be accepted.

§ Tournament organizing Committee keeps the right not to issue accreditation for no reason.

§ Send your requests for the interviews, official comments, video and photo shootings to the following e-mail address - media@russport.ru

§ If You want to subscribe press releases you should send a request to the e-mail address natalia.ivanyuk@russport.ru indicating your company and your contact details.

Accreditation for TV companies:

Host broadcaster of the Tournament – MATCH TV

To get permission for TV coverage and shooting please complete and sign the License Agreement.

Accreditations will be issued at the Press center of the Olympic stadium from the October 9, 2018 at the following address:

To get the Accreditation badge media representative should submit the Editorial Certificate.
